George Rovira, President

George Rovira is a 30 year veteran in the restaurant and hospitality industry. George brings a proven record of overseeing the creation, development and strategy execution of large-scale restaurant operations. With extensive experience in building profitable organizations within highly competitive markets, George brings the ability to grow or revitalize restaurants quickly. He creates significant points of difference which establish an emotional connection for customers and the business. George and his team has had the privilege to be involved in multiple successful concepts throughout the tenure of his career, including:
